We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!

Super easy to set up and syncs really well! Do wish we could add more of our own REWARD points in the free version. Happy so far!
So far, so good! I just installed this in 2 minutes. I'm not live yet but so far, everything looks super intuitive an easy to use.

Awesome support, and really simple on boarding. I wish they could help us design a better tab, as well as do free gifts for certain levels, but that being said, this is the most full featured program I've seen on Shopify. Do the research and compare. Plus, the team is really vibrant and ready to help.
So far, Smile has been incredible for our company. It's very user- and brand-friendly. I only wish I could snag our customer's birthdays from Smile to integrate into Klaviyo for our email flows!

If you have a developer, you should be able to retrieve the birthday from our API, and then populate it into Klaviyo using their API. If you haven't already, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options 😊
