Best rewards App here. Roel Villahermosa from the Tec-Support and Shaun are doing an awesome job. Thanks guys for all the help :)

-1 Star because I really don't get why there is still no multi-language feature (even shopify built this now for a year) and no options to change text, behaviour or anything of nudges, no statistic for guest referral nudges etc. We could do better and more if we had more options here.

So far I am happy with the set-up stage. I am concerned though that Sweeth Tooth does not offer a basic program based on the number of orders per month. We'll see. So far so nice.

The app is great. Easy and simple to use! Customer Service is always kind as well. My only wish is that we could have a rewards page in lieu of the pop-up :)

Super helpful and friendly customer service and an easy platform to use. Even the basic version delivers a decent level of usability. My ONLY gripe is it doesn't integrate with Recharge which is very frustrating.

A lot better an app from 2 years ago.
Searching customers has improved tremendously. App seems to run smooth on our site without glitches.

Still wish there was more customization capabilities.
With Shopify 2.0 template, they only recently added widgets, but those don't allow too much customization.
There is still no way to display customer points conveniently for customers. It would be nice to show in the header of your site so customers are reminded of their points.

Overall improved but still room for more.

I really love this app. Its simple to set up and the customer interface is really nice. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as i feel like the price jump between a free account and one with some of the bells and whistles is a pretty big jump.

I would like to see that alittle more affordable, but apart from that it's great.

Setup was fairly easy, and the program looks great.

I was disappointed that the Tab font color was not an editable option, and also that many of the customization features were locked down to the premium versions. I deployed this solution based on the understanding that it was a freemium service, and all features would be available, but I would be charged based on # of participants in the points program.
