Easy to use, got our rewards program up or at least a basic version in about 20 minutes. What I would like to see is each product page, next to the price of the product or below display how many points the consumer would earn from that purchase :)
Best and reasonable price. Unlike other apps that u need to pay more when your orders are more Smile keep on the same plan. This is the best and nothing to worry about the plan when your business grows. I had a long chat with the agent and i got a clear picture of how the app works. Highly recommended. oh yeah thanks to Graeme K. Good suggestion and made me think out of the box. No wonder this app got the most reviews. Cheers

Works great. However, customers are still asking what are these Rewards and how do I use them. The icon must be too small.

easy to set up and easy understand! plus it has 30 days free trail! What I want to highlight is these guys are really helpful, they try their best to make the app meet what my business need. In my case, I only need the basic plan at this stage, but i really need one of the features that only included in the small business plan. so I talked to them if they can help us out to add that feature into my basic plan.Suprislingly, they are happy to make that happen, which not only save us money, but more than that, say us time and efforts to try on other loyalty apps. I've been using this app for about 4 months and I'm very happy with it!
Very nice, easy to use. At startup free is good and upgrade is reasonable. I have to leave 100 characters, so I am typing. for ever and ever and ever and ever until I reach all the characters they want me to put and that is why I generally do not leave feedback because of the weird rules. Other than that, great app.

Customer service quick to assist and very personable, and the launcher has little affect to page loading speed. Need to set up properly and get the programme under way. Would be better if you could select 1 app to sync with on free programme to see the integration and build a level of trust before committing to the plan. Shall review this once it has been running a while.
