Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!
