There was a technical problem that made me very nervous. I was almost ready to give up on the app even though I really like it as a feature. It gives a lot of design freedom, and you don't have to buy expensive themes. An online store can be built with the necessary features for it. When I discovered the technical problem, support was very quick to fix it. Here I want to express my thanks to Benjamin for his patience. Helped me with solving the problem, even customized some functions that I needed. If I ever have a problem I will look for him specifically. I had left one star, but after this service, I can't help but put as many stars as possible. The Smind app has solved a lot of my problems, from not paying $300+ for a theme, to being able to change the design for each season, which is desirable for a fashion brand.
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the fantastic support I received. The response was incredibly fast, and the team was not only helpful but also efficient in resolving my issue. They guided me through everything step by step, making sure I fully understood the process. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to accomplish exactly what I needed without any hassle. I've got billed by the app while I cancelled the subscription in the trial period. Now it seems like the application is still charged and the team of Smind Sections doesn't want to refund me for the difference of the days that have been unused.
Reason for cancelling the app: The app doesn't have premium looking sections what can help my store more converting.

It allowed us to design a much more attractive store with a better chance of selling. Easy to use and integrate into the theme. It adapts perfectly to both PC and mobile, overcoming the natural limitations of Shopify themes.
I need this app deleted permanently from my store. I have uninstalled it but it still shows in the store sections. Such a pest! I need immediate action now!
