The app does not seem to work properly and no-one replies to emails - big waste of time.

Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes we need more than one working day to respond. In your case, we would have completed the two custom styling changes you requested by Monday. I have since followed up with you twice by email and provided time for a response, which I have not yet received. If you change your mind we're here to help.
