By far, the best Abandoned Cart SMS app that I have come across. The UI is very neat, minimalistic and intuitive. Everything is available on a single dashboard and you can schedule cart recovery SMS in a breeze. The best part is that this app is FREE and you only need to spend money when you send SMS. Requested a feature add through the support channel and they were quick to acknowledge and help with it. Thank you!

I don’t usually write app reviews, but after using this app I wanted to personally thank the app developers. Thank you for this simple yet efficient app. I have recovered quite a few abandoned checkouts since I started using this app. The support is excellent too!
I loved the idea of this app but customer service lacks a lot. If you rely only on this app to recover carts and want to do different testing you will see yourself missing a lot of customers because your created text messages might take many days to be reviewed due to their delay in being responsive. Besides that they have no chat in their app and only email for contact. You might find yourself also waiting many days for an answer to your queries. Since the beginning of the week they still haven`t reviewed one of my text messages so I actually had to download another app with the same function but fast response although I like the functionality of this one more.
Overall the app is great in functionality but it is definitely not monitored by anyone most of the time. Now i am giving a 3 stars as a big stretch purely for the app idea and unfortunately I have already topped up money in this. If they hired VAs to keep up this app it would easily be my favourite.

crazy app , very very good , very easy to use . 10333.51% ROI , suggest to take a try . But the interface is so ugly. Haha ,please work hard to do better.
I used the app to recover abandoned carts from my store and i was shocked to get an ROI of 28000%. I loved the app and hope it keeps up its performance on my store.

Started with this app yesterday and can already see 2 conversions ... Definitely recommend this app for sure
