The support team is often unhelpful; when I email them, they frequently fail to address all my questions, requiring additional follow-ups. Moreover, the iPhone app does not offer automation or push notifications, and there are instances when the app fails to open, or logging in takes an unreasonably long time. Errors in order numbers and phone numbers have also prevented me from contacting buyers.

To improve, I suggest providing detailed guides or instructional pages for the iPhone app. When I inquired about this, my request was ignored. A more professional support team would also make a significant difference, as the current support often comes across as defensive and dismissive. It appears that the owner personally handles feedback and tends to take comments too personally, which further impacts the user experience.
