TCW‑ Marketing SMS et WhatsApp

At present the convertway app not providing any minimal requirement for Premium subscribed users, they provided only two templates both are not proper for dewali festival, no dhanteras template was there.
I asked to the support team for other templates, but they told us for upgrading to growth plan, we don't know why they are providing Premium plan.
Before there was more than 60 templates, fews are generic templates, but at present the removed those useful templates.
No point to continue with convertway.
I request all the upcoming users who wants to subscribe convertway for Whatsapp and SMS campaign, please thing and confirm with app provider what you got for which plan.
In future never suggest anyone to purchase this app for shopify.

We already subscribed for premium plan for 5 months and we did not get approved for sms SENDER ID .. Customer service not helpful they asked for many documents to be filled we did all the requested documents with no results they take long time to reply your requested only the nice thing is easy to adjust the sms text
