Convertway works Amazingly well. All the flows are tailored in a way to extract maximum sales. Welcome series and Abandoned cart series have converted lot of window shoppers into regular customers.

Convertway team's response is quick, I must really appreciate the way our account Manager Riya Thakur has extended her support and guidance.

I have been using this service from last 2 month getting good conversions everything is easy to use and team is very supportive.

I have uninstalled this app by mentioning, that I am not getting a customized template on the growth plan, and the same I get with another service provider at a lesser price. The associate who was coordinating with me refunded my account balance after a long struggle and did not deactivate or delete the account.. It's been more than a week since I have been trying to solve this and the girl has not picked up the phone, She said it will be deactivated or deleted (2FA) today so that I can move on but it isn't happening. These guys are a trap. I am stuck with these guys. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I am very happy with the app. I will give 5 stars if the abandoned cart feature is fixed. Currently it is sending abandoned cart sms to customer after completing the sale. But I am still happy with the app. 5 Stars due to problem fixed.

We just started using the app. This is a benefit for us to use the Whatsapp flow option. Thank you to Urvashi and Rajat for helping us through out the process.

The app is amazing. Easy to manage the SMS and check reports of all SMS sent and create promotional campaigns.
