Customer support is very good, payment wasn't processing through Shopify.. Nitesh provided end to end solution to our problem and was extremely helpful..

Great customer service, quick to reply! Had issues with special character and they went back to help within 12h. This app is bringing in a lot of orders for us, just be creative in how you want the auto txts to be.

The app does exactly what it promises. Customer support is very quick and helpful. They guided me on DLT registration process and helped set up our own shortcode. And the best is that now my judge.me review requests can also go through SMS through this app. Totally recommend this.

I’m writing this review bc I got an email asking me to write one.
Customer support sucks. Tell your customer support guy, VIKAS KUMAR to respond to my email that I sent on 12 April and follow up email on 14 april.
After i get a response maybe i’ll come back and amend my review.

UPDATE: Support is better now. It shouldn't require a bad review to finally get good service but at least they've changed. Keep it up.
