I would not recommend this app. I suggest using Klaviyo SMS instead for more reliable performance.
It worked well at first, and SMS delivery was fine. Because of that, I decided to make a large top-up to my balance. After the top-up, my funds appeared to be stuck and messages were no longer sending. I contacted support, and only after reaching out did the SMS start going out but most of them failed.
We’ve had a great experience with ConvertWay - the platform is easy to use and seamless to set up. The team is super supportive and always available, and we’ve seen a noticeable boost in conversions. Highly recommended to other brands!
