I just used chat to get clarification on sending text messages to customers. PL was amazing! She stayed with me until I completed what I needed to on my end in order to proceed with my electronic marketing campaign. She was extremely detailed and thorough as she walked me through the process. Just awesome! A+++!

Super user friendly PL helped me get my SMS setting all set to make sure I got to send out all my Black Friday marketing text out during a busy time of the year. Definitely will recommend this app to anyone looking to scale.

PL from customer service was quick to help with a concern I had with SMS Bump. I like the app. It's easy to use. While it is expensive, it was faster to set up than Klaviyo. Provided I can start generating more sales, I plan to use this super helpful app for years to come.

This review is specifically based on the app's support. I installed the app and went through it in great detail. For the most part it is user-friendly. I had a few questions and reached out to the online support. I was connected to PL. PL is fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had several questions and she was able to answer them like rapid fire. She was also able to troubleshoot and expedite any technical assistance I needed. Before reaching out to support, I was ready to find another app, as I wasn't sure if this one would meet my needs. It has so far and I am happy. Thank you.
Update: Received excellent service from Keano today. The support staff is quick and knowledgeable. It gives me the confidence needed to move forward in my tasks.

New to the app and by no means have implemented all the capabilities but everything works as it should up to this point. Their support is fantastic! Always quick to respond via chat but will go beyond that when you need them. Had an issue with two welcome pop ups (sure it was my fault) but they went above and beyond to get it resolved. Highly recommend.

Love it for keeping in touch with our "vip" customers. it's easy to use and when i have a problem, chat support has been a great help. I just had an issue and Joann C was kind and able to quickly help me. I would recommend this to anyone. it's great.
