I'm still getting used to it but so far so good - it's intuitive and the support team is very helpful, especially Marnie. I'm glad cost-effective email marketing solutions like this exist for small business owners. I look forward to upgrading to a paid plan sooner than later as my business grows.

SMSBUMP is awesome. It can be a little confusing at first, but their customer support is there right away if you need help. Once you get used to it, it's easy. I'm definitely going to continue using their services.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Joann C from SMSBump: SMS Marketing & Email and I must say that she provided outstanding customer support. From the moment I contacted the company, Joann was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful in addressing all of my concerns.

Joann went above and beyond in providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the products I was interested in purchasing. She patiently answered all my questions, and even provided me with additional insights and recommendations that helped me make the best choices for my needs.

What impressed me most about Joann was her genuine desire to help me. She took the time to understand my specific requirements and was always willing to work with me to find the best solutions. I don't think you would trust me if I told you that I am giving 5-star rating to this app while I am even still setting it up. This is due to the customer support agent, Lord, that was very patient and fast responding, and informed me with all the information I needed without being a second late. About the service, I almost am feeling comfortable, as I have surfed the app for a little, and for sure it's 10/5, not 5/5. You should add this app to your Shopify apps and sales channel, highly recommended.

It's easy to use and highly effective in reaching customers on their mobile phones where they are most active. I also like thend powerful analytics to track your results. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making it easy to set up and use. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, Yotpo is a top-notch SMS app that can help boost your store's engagement and sales. Highly recommended!

I was a little frustrated at first by this platform being so new to me but I must say, the CHAT support is like no other!!!! Hands down - Best chat support EVER. I use a lot of platforms and there is no other support like this one. Quick to answer you but they also provide a guidance video for visual learners like myself to further help you. They'll send you a step by step message but if that is still too overwhelming, they'll go ahead and send a video guiding you step by step. Special thanks to Gen!!! This app is amazing! The customer agent named Lord helped me to solve a big problem that I had very quickly! Now I'm sure my sales will increase by a lot. What I love the most about this app is the huge ROI that you get! Many sales with almost zero costs! Couldn't ask for me!

I would not recommend this app to anyone. I switched over months ago to use their new email marketing software. After 3 months of using it, they were never able to fully import my email list. I went back and forth and eventually never received any help from their "tech team." I also had a problem where my links in my normal-sized links (which led to my website) in my emails would turn into massive page-long links that would direct people to an error page. No one at yotpo could figure out how to fix it. Then I started having problems with the DNS records not connecting to their platform. So I literally could not send emails for a week, with no help on the problem. Their support is helpful for really small things, but they frequently forward your problems to their "tech team" which is actually a black hole, and no one ever responds.

I think their SMS is probably fine, but whatever you do, do not switch over and use email no matter how great they make it sound.
