Gen is super helpful, very responsive and all in all the experience is very good!
Customer service is always fast which is a huge plus.
The only down side is the cost of SMS as a store that doesn't exist in the US and is considered as international. Would be perfect if the cost was lower.

The app is really good to create your campaigns and schedule them, so you dont need to worry about the special days.....nice app!

This app is great but very confusing. I decided to chat with customer service and Lord helped me out. He was extremely helpful, quick, and kind! I really appreciate working with him and hope to get him if I run into problems in the future!
