Was having a lot of issues integrating SMSBump and Klayvio, it took a few days which was fustrating but thanks to Princess (PL) the issue got resolved!

Really appreciate their great knowledge on getting this configured because if not I would of used another service.

The chat feature was great and my Princess was invaluable. I would have given a 5 but I am still trying to figure it all out.

Besides how helpful the app is I received very fast and informational customer support from Marnie.

I like that there is a free version of this app available. I was assisted by Marnie in the support chat today. She responded to my initial chat quickly and she was accommodating in her responses. She even sent screenshots which helped a lot.

good application for the price you have 10k mails free, i put 4 stars for the steps for validations is little complicate ^^
