Don was super efficient and helpful with my process and support of some billing confusion that I had ! Yotpo overall has useful options for growing and supporting a business

I am new and just setting up my SMS Marketing & Email with Don B and he has been very patient and kind while walking me through the app for my website. The response time for support was extremely quick and with a LIVE person which sets the bar even higher as most apps only provide bots. For that, I highly recommend using this service.

I love this app enough as it is but the customer service is definitely top tier. I had a little glitch that I needed to work through and Quin came through like a champ and patiently guided me through the process seamlessly to get everything flowing properly!
