I would give a 5 star review as I have loved this service but due to deceptive charges that support ignored for weeks till we got shopify involved and now it been over a week and still not resolved. I was charged over 3k for what I was told was only going to cost $480. If this was resolved quickly and made right I would love to give a 5 star review.
Terrible, don't even bother. Here's why:
1- Custom lists take 3 business days to get approved
2- They obligate you to add unsubscribe/opt-out even in countries where it is not mandatory - while they don't have an unsubscribe/cancel subscription for their own service on their website
3- Support takes forever to answer then closes the chat for inactivity seconds after

I had SMSBump for a while, then when it started sending bogus coupon links to my customers they could not fix the issue. It was jaw dropping. I stopped using them after that.

UPDATE: Thousands of subscribers vanished overnight for no reason. Tried contacting support and haven't gotten back. We are now trying to recover our subscribers. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
We were overcharged $80 on our last billing cycle. When we brought up the fact all bills had been paid for for October (we sent the attachment from Shopify ) in which they claim the fees were for "usage fees" they ignored it. We also sent an attachment via email of a member of there team via chat acknowledging they made an error. We have not received a refund yet. We also attached our payments from October. We purchased a $200 credit in October on the 15th. The "4 Usage Fees" make no sense. We want a refund asap on this overcharge.
I have been locked out of my accounts of MONTHS and it is still not resolved. I have escalated this to Shopify support after not hearing back from SMSBump for weeks. Now that Shopify Support is involved, they have replied to my messages. Yet, I am still locked out of my account. They reply so they aren't in danger of being kicked off of the platform due to Shopify's TOS but they don't fix the issue. I am going to continue reporting them to Shopify everyday until they fix this issue. This is freaking ridiculous. I wrote them in September and they didn't get back to me until nearly October. I hate this app, I'll be uninstalling and finding a different one. They replied to my emails weeks later saying "sorry we took so long, this slipped through the cracks". Absolutely infuriating and unprofessional.
My campaign wouldn't send. This was after I had to deposit money to send them. My account balance showed I was charged, couldn't find analytics or metrics on the campaign anywhere. Finally reached out to support and was told it didn't send.
Now I have to wait and hope my deposit is refunded.

App doesn't work properly, many flows have bugs. Interface is buggy as well, often getting white screens. Support team often gets my website wrong and tries to help me without even verifying if it's the correct store. Support doesn't offer real solutions.
Poor experience unfortunately, going to find another email marketing provider.
Be careful of this app, support is horrible too. When asking for a detailed list of the spending, they will just ignore you or ask for more of your information which have nothing to do with the problem you have.
App didn't even work properly, customer couldn't use it and then had double the work.

For a short non-US SMS which was only 156 chars and worth 1 SMS based on the campaign review, I was charged for 3 SMS per each customer! When I duplicate the same campaign, it still shows me 1 SMS in the review phase. This is unacceptable and outrageous and I want my money back!

I have downloaded the app multiple times to try and use it and every single time I open it, it does not load and just has a blank screen. Really disappointed.
