As a new SMSBump user, this review is mainly intended to praise the clear structure of the App's features and how they work and most importantly to thank the absolutely spot on customer service in the 24/7 chat.
Today I was assisted by Iven with clear guidelines and quick responses, I've rarely been assisted with such high standards.
Note: I suggest adding a file-attachment feature at the bottom of the chat so that we can send multiple screenshots all at once and not have to receive permission to add one file at a time.

I just worked with Keano. This customer service person was very patient with me. I see some of the issues from the last review, but don't jump the gun. Just get with customer service and let the go through it with you. I was reluctant to use the app after your review but gave it a try anyway. The application was like a jungle where I felt lost. I'm a very curious person who likes to search, but despite my research, I wasn't making any progress. I had to contact customer service, and Jeffrey assisted me with step-by-step instructions to help me finish configuring my popups.
He was very patient, with an incredible ability to explain. I'm very pleased with the speed of support and the solution he showed me.
I find the application's interface very beautiful. Once you get used to it, it becomes much easier. I'd definitely recommend it.
