SMSBump: SMS Marketing & Email

I just used chat to get clarification on sending text messages to customers. PL was amazing! She stayed with me until I completed what I needed to on my end in order to proceed with my electronic marketing campaign. She was extremely detailed and thorough as she walked me through the process. Just awesome! A+++!

Super user friendly PL helped me get my SMS setting all set to make sure I got to send out all my Black Friday marketing text out during a busy time of the year. Definitely will recommend this app to anyone looking to scale.

PL from customer service was quick to help with a concern I had with SMS Bump. I like the app. It's easy to use. While it is expensive, it was faster to set up than Klaviyo. Provided I can start generating more sales, I plan to use this super helpful app for years to come.

I had a few questions and reached out to the online support. I was connected to PL. PL is fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had several questions and she was able to answer them like rapid fire. She was also able to troubleshoot and expedite any technical assistance I needed. Before reaching out to support, I was ready to find another app, as I wasn't sure if this one would meet my needs. It has so far and I am happy. Thank you.
Update: Received excellent service from Keano today. The support staff is quick and knowledgeable. It gives me the confidence needed to move forward in my tasks.
