This is the best app. I explored and tried multiple apps including the apps with good rating but this app is really good. You have all in this app. Most importantly, the app support team including developers are very helping. I had multiple queries and they solved it. They even open to resolve the big issues as well. For my store the developer team did well.

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the current customer login and pricing behaviour on our store.

At present, when a customer registers as a wholesale user, a “Wholesale” tag is automatically added to their account. Due to this, once they are tagged as wholesale, they are unable to view retail prices from their side. If they want to purchase as a retail customer, they are forced to log out and browse the store without logging in.

There is no customer-side option to switch between retail and wholesale modes, which is creating confusion for users who want to place both types of orders.

I kindly request clarification or a possible solution for the following:

Can customers be given a toggle or option to switch between Retail and Wholesale modes?

Is there a way to allow logged-in wholesale customers to view retail prices as well, without removing the wholesale tag?

Are there settings or app configurations that can improve this experience?

This is an important concern since it directly affects customer workflow and order conversions.
Please look into this issue and advise us on the best possible solution.
Sometimes customers buy on wholesale basis sometimes customers purchases on retail basis so order limit we set moq 10 pcs due to that they cant go for single pc

Customer service is very quick to react and keeps constant communication. Tobias was very helpful with making the new price update work with our custom shopify theme.

We had a bit of an issue with another discount we had applied sitewide but luckily Alice was able to help us out and we got it sorted.

I can recommend this app to any business that wants to do group specific discounts and not spend tons of money on expensive memberships.

Great support! There was an issue on "compare prices" not showing, but after speaking to Alice, who was very helpful, she got to the bottom of it for me and sorted it out!

Seems to work pretty well...
BUT...
If you are going to change your pricing structure maybe give a heads up to your users so it doesn't mess up their website without being given the opportunity to upgrade. Spent the entire morning trying to figure out why our customers weren't seeing their discounted pricing only to find out that Snap changed thing and deactivate our account until we paid more. Which we would have done if we were given a heads up beforehand,

Don't have too much time on the app, but loving it so far! We are a small business with only a few customers in need of B2B pricing. After searching for what felt like a year, we came across Snap and it was exactly what we needed! Started with the free plan as a trial, but definitely upgrading so we can set up more price lists for different customer groups!

Alice did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me through the app set-up!

The app was difficult to set up. The registration form didn’t display correctly, appearing below the footer, with no options to adjust its placement. It also installs code into your theme without providing any way to remove it. We use the latest version of Dawn, the free Shopify theme so claims to be compatible.

When registering a B2B account, no confirmation email was received. We later discovered it had gone straight to the spam/junk folder, which is far from ideal. There’s also no option to send emails from your own domain, which would help prevent this.

On top of that, we couldn’t log into the B2B account at all, as it kept rejecting the correct user credentials. Support is only available via email, not live chat, which made resolving these issues even harder.

Fortunately, we had backed up our theme before installing, so we were able to revert once we uninstalled.

Overall, the app feels like a quick workaround to add B2B functionality without upgrading to Shopify Plus, but in practice, it’s unreliable and poorly executed.

This app was perfect for our use case because it support wholesale pricing for orders created from both font end (via checkout) and back end (via draft orders). It's been working well for the past 3 months. Had to contact the support team at WhizzCommerce recently to resolve a minor bug, and the response was excellent, and fast.
