Don't have too much time on the app, but loving it so far! We are a small business with only a few customers in need of B2B pricing. After searching for what felt like a year, we came across Snap and it was exactly what we needed! Started with the free plan as a trial, but definitely upgrading so we can set up more price lists for different customer groups!

Alice did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me through the app set-up!

The app was difficult to set up. The registration form didn’t display correctly, appearing below the footer, with no options to adjust its placement. It also installs code into your theme without providing any way to remove it. We use the latest version of Dawn, the free Shopify theme so claims to be compatible.

When registering a B2B account, no confirmation email was received. We later discovered it had gone straight to the spam/junk folder, which is far from ideal. There’s also no option to send emails from your own domain, which would help prevent this.

On top of that, we couldn’t log into the B2B account at all, as it kept rejecting the correct user credentials. Support is only available via email, not live chat, which made resolving these issues even harder.

Fortunately, we had backed up our theme before installing, so we were able to revert once we uninstalled.

Overall, the app feels like a quick workaround to add B2B functionality without upgrading to Shopify Plus, but in practice, it’s unreliable and poorly executed.

Snap B2B was the perfect solution for offering a specific set of discounts om specific products to a specific set of customers. As with anything new, you have to figure out how to navigate the features and setup in the beginning, but this is where Camelia in the support staff really came through for me. Camelia followed up and was quick to reply in usually just a few hours. Within about a day I was able to get my custom price list completed and live and appears to be working well for my customers. The only drawback is that I wish there was a bulk edit feature however I made mention of that to them and are passing that suggestion over to the dev team.

We've tried multiple apps to add B2B pricing to our B2C store — this one stood out. The user interface is intuitive, which makes working with it pleasantly easy. The B2B Price List function lets you apply different pricing for different customer groups depending on their log-in status or tags, specific pricing for specific markets and it lets you apply specific prices to products or variants via a dropdown menu of your shopify products (great if you don't like working with .csv files). You can also set pricing rules like a fixed discount amount or percentage and also set a fixed start and end date of when to apply said discounts.
Although this app is free, the customer service is quick to respond, friendly and makes an effort to make the app work for you and your store (thank's again Autumn!).
