I was happy with SnapB2B until mid-December when it has started to generate data on every order. I raised this with support on 16 Dec 2025, and they said they would get back to me as they need to speak to the development team but still have not got back to me and it is 06/01/26.

Also now the app is not working at all!!

They use to have support via live chat but now rely on AI and email. Which means I have no way of escalating this when they do not reply to my emails!.

They slowed my website. when they added a code and all my product page takes time to load also the check out is really bad

We use this app for B2B specific pricing and it works perfectly, not only in the cart but in every price display. Outstanding support from their team, especially Vince, who helped us configure the app in our theme within minutes.

Snap B2B was the perfect solution for offering a specific set of discounts on specific products to a specific set of customers. As with anything new, you have to figure out how to navigate the features and setup in the beginning, but this is where Camelia in the support staff really came through for me. Camelia followed up and was quick to reply in usually just a few hours. Within about a day I was able to get my custom price list completed and live and appears to be working well for my customers.

This is the best app. I explored and tried multiple apps including the apps with good rating but this app is really good. You have all in this app. Most importantly, the app support team including developers are very helping. I had multiple queries and they solved it. They even open to resolve the big issues as well. For my store the developer team did well.

Seems to work pretty well...
BUT...
If you are going to change your pricing structure maybe give a heads up to your users so it doesn't mess up their website without being given the opportunity to upgrade. Spent the entire morning trying to figure out why our customers weren't seeing their discounted pricing only to find out that Snap changed thing and deactivate our account until we paid more. Which we would have done if we were given a heads up beforehand,

This app was perfect for our use case because it support wholesale pricing for orders created from both font end (via checkout) and back end (via draft orders). It's been working well for the past 3 months. Had to contact the support team at WhizzCommerce recently to resolve a minor bug, and the response was excellent, and fast.
