Very happy with this app. It works reliably and does exactly what we need for our store. Support is excellent. Lydia Tran from your team helped me with a few customizations. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

The WizzCommerce Team have done a stellar Job with this App. We tend to have high standards for the apps we choose to download, for this reason, we could never quite find a suitable Cart Drawer App, despite trying out a few in the past, they all seemed to be poorly designed and too buggy.

This quarter we decided to give this another try and to our good luck, we found Snap Cart Drawer by WizzCommerce (after reviewing dozen others), which literally ticked all our boxes, from the design to the engineering work done, I could tell the team really put in the time to get this right and it shows; the ui is incredible stable and smooth.

I did have 1 suggestion, which wasn't a deal breaker, but I decided to message the team about it and they were very quick to respond and offered a free customisation for me. (I was served by Alice and Lydia)

I would highly recommend this app to everyone in need of a Drawer style Cart for their store.

A MUST HAVE!

Our website uses the "Vision" theme, which offers a pretty basic cart drawer; for this reason we decided to upgrade it using Snap Cart and...it was the best decision we ever made.
Easy to use, clean looking and INCREDIBLY effective.

Special thanks to Lydia who helped us solving an issue with the app.

I've tried a few cart draws and this one is great. Really well set up and the team is very helpful in making improvements and fixing anything that isn't right.

The support help from Alice was great.

The app automatically makes "FREE GIFT WRAPPING" and "FREE SHIPPING" products though so you may need to quickly change these items to draft status as they are needed to be in draft status or live status for the app to work - so don't delete them. Support staff Alice was very friendly and very helpful.

Alice was very helpful after I provided a screen recording of my issue. Though she wasn't experiencing the issue on her end, she was able to recognize my issue was location-specific and escalated it to a developer who resolved the problem quickly.
