very easy to use. love it. must try it for yourself.
The throw pillow product looks good, though there is some slight difference in colours between display image ('set white to transparent') and that in the actual product. It would also be useful for customers if care labels could be included for fabric/washable products.
My customers never received their orders due to Printy6 never sending confirmations, tracking info, or even making the order at all. This is not a reliable company. I've emailed multiple times and never received assistance. Don't let your store gain a bad rep because Printy6 doesn't know how to do what the claim to do.
This app is amazing, I have been looking for quality products and here they are! I am going to be designing much more!

Service seems great. Support team seems good and active! Could use a bit more customization options, and I've never seen one of the products myself but overall I'm impressed.
I like using this app as it has many great products. What I wish was better was the previews on watches because it makes it look like my design isn't centered when it is. Also would be great if there was an option to "tile" pictures into a pattern instead of having to have the whole print design composed first. Only other thing would be I wish it supported pdf files, but only some places do that anyways. The products themselves are great, I am proud to have them in my store.
Excellent user experience! I would definitely watch out for errors in the product description. Use Grammarly and make life easier.
The first order through this app was delayed, but seemingly good quality (did not receive a complaint). The second order was delayed again, saying they needed a phone number with the order (no, you don't. the customer will not be receiving sms updates). Then it was radio silence for a week and when I asked again, the order was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Checked back in 2 weeks later and now I'm hearing it's not shipping that is delayed - it's production, because of the coronavirus. The order was placed in the beginning of DECEMBER and it is now MARCH and there has been absolutely no indication of when,if,how this will be made and shipped. Also nothing close to a refund or partial refund or credit for the insane delay. I now have the customer asking me for a refund, so it seems I will be out double the cost ($400). Shopify needs to step in if this is how Printy6 is fine operating.
