If there were 0 stars I would of chose that Printy 6 is a complete joke and I am not sure why Shopify would align themselves with this company. I have a customer who purchased an item a month ago and has not received their product. I emailed them several times the 1st excuse was the staff is celebrating Chinese new years wait until next week. They was not even going to let myself or the consumer know that of this unless I contacted them. Now they are saying that they do not know when the customer will get their product because of the virus and again I had to follow up with them after they took money and still no product has been shipped. If you don't want to start off poorly with your customers do not get this app it has been a complete nightmare I have contacted Shopify because they have affiliated with them to help solve this issue.

This is John from Printy6, we are so sorry for the order was delayed, because the Chinese New Year Holidays and corona-virus in China, almost all factories and shipping companies were forced to go out of business.
The good news is the epidemic has been brought under control, our factory and shipping companies as been back in operation since 5 days ago, I wonder, could I just crave your more indulgence ? I think your order will be fulfilled within couple days, or we can just fully refund to you.
With regard to this case, we are deeply sorry.

I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated.
I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words.
I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform.
Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner.
Please do better.
Do not use this provider unless you want terrible customer service, extraordinarily long waits for production and shipping, negative feedback from your customers that damages your reputation. Using Printy6 is basically a death-wish for your brand (and patience).
23 days and order has still not shipped. Every time I query I get a response DAYS LATER that is copied and pasted, it does not help and here I am in 4th week with an angry customer and no end in sight.
This is a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM.
This POD has THE WORST customer service experience. They sent me the wrong order, I informed them of the issue. Ashley apologized and said that she will send me a new order. After that exchange, they went silent for weeks. I couldn't give my customer an update on the order. I had to issue a refund to my customer. I sent numerous emails to Printy6, asking for an update and informing them that I had to issue a refund to my customer. They were unresponsive. It wasn't until I got Shopify involved that Ashley finally replied. They sent me the replacement order, however its a customized order I can't do anything with it. The customer that placed the order is no longer interested in getting the product because it took too long (August 28 -October 22nd). I asked Ashley for a refund, she completely ignored that request. Terrible service.
Product (A clock) arrived damaged. Printy6 (Snaprinting) agreed to send a replacement back in June. The replacement has still not arrived. Worst of all is Printy6 has been continuously ignoring further requests for support. This is unacceptable! I am forced to refund the entire purchase price to my customer.
My customers never received their orders due to Printy6 never sending confirmations, tracking info, or even making the order at all. This is not a reliable company. I've emailed multiple times and never received assistance. Don't let your store gain a bad rep because Printy6 doesn't know how to do what the claim to do.
The first order through this app was delayed, but seemingly good quality (did not receive a complaint). The second order was delayed again, saying they needed a phone number with the order (no, you don't. the customer will not be receiving sms updates). Then it was radio silence for a week and when I asked again, the order was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Checked back in 2 weeks later and now I'm hearing it's not shipping that is delayed - it's production, because of the coronavirus. The order was placed in the beginning of DECEMBER and it is now MARCH and there has been absolutely no indication of when,if,how this will be made and shipped. Also nothing close to a refund or partial refund or credit for the insane delay. I now have the customer asking me for a refund, so it seems I will be out double the cost ($400). Shopify needs to step in if this is how Printy6 is fine operating.

I used this app, but it does not perform well. For example, order placed on January 3rd, arrived on March 11...
2 of 3 phone case sample orders were printed wrong, no refund or resend from the company, decent customer service atleast they responded. At first I thought it was a mistake on my end but turns out it was their mistake, still no refund though
