Does these people answer emails or anything? i sent them a message weeks ago, no answer. sent them on 2 days ago still no answer. now if i am having this issue now what will happen when i order and you have my money??????

Very disappointing looked to a great concept now I have multiple orders backing up with them without any response. Unfortunely not a great service
The reviews below must be paid reviews because my experience with this POD is absolutely the worst. I ordered a pillow on Aug 3rd it is still in China ( I know with COVID everything is taking longer)with absolutely no help from the company yet the leggings I ordered on Aug 7th are already sitting in my living room. The pillow actually cost me a very good client and lost me money. Now let's talk about the leggings. I order 3 pairs of the Capri leggings and they are not what the picture shows at all. There is a small pocket on the side with a black strip and on the back behind the knees, it is black. The waistband is also black and the mockup shows the graphic as an all-over print. The leggings are incredibly thin and cheap. I have lost money with the company buyer beware.
I installed this app 3 days ago based on their words "Better price and fast shipping - Price includes Shipping fees so there’re NEVER any other hidden costs! Bring you huge profit." Guess what? Their prices do not include shipping, and once you add in the cost for shipping, their prices aren't all that good. Their shipping times are ridiculously long, and they offer (and recommend) that I use their expedited shipping. Problem is, their expedited shipping is expensive and offers ship times that are about the same as other vendors' "regular" shipping. I emailed them about their "included" shipping, and they responded, "Hi, the price is not including the shipping fee." (at least they responded quickly). I deleted the app today. I can't understand why there are so many good reviews... perhaps they used to include shipping and provide better pricing.
Absolutely hopeless app. Tried contacting the support 5 times and no response. No proper guidance on image sizing to be used. The customer support is non-existent. I am concerned that no one will ever respond when i have a customer order issue to be addressed.

UPDATE: so it took Printy6 a full week to respond to my request for specs by telling me "sizing was after the next step." Their customer service literally doesn't understand what they do and told me where to find the size chart. I just want to know what size files they need for certain items but, obviously, that's too much to expect from a company that allegedly does "print on demand." Their answer to "what specs to you need to print because I'm tired of guessing" is "Size 10."
They don't offer a lot of products, the only thing I was interested in were the sneakers because their sneakers don't have the black rubber that, but they are so not worth the effort to get an answer from them.
So, so, so much guesswork. The only specs they give you is upload a jpg in 300dpi. Cool. Except...they don't tell you what SIZE you need to upload for any given product and if you go too big then it takes forever to get the image to upload and create the mockup. I tried asking the alleged "chat" where the literal specs for each item is but I was told "chat" was offline and they'd email...eventually...when it suited them, I guess. I've been trying for the last half hour to get a mockup for a wallet created so I can offer it on my site, but I feel like Goldilocks and just can't find the right size image to get it to work.
Also, their set up time is long. 3-7 days leaves a lot of time in between. I get that they can't guarantee 3 but people like to have at least an idea of when they'll receive their items and saying "anywhere from 1-3 weeks" isn't good customer service.
On the plus side, which is why this was a 2 not a 1 star review, they do offer some (limited) products like wallets and sneakers that look nice. We'll see.
Ok So I just set up, Made My Products, And when Came Time To Transfer to my sight. The Products I can see after I create them are not available in the add to store section. Its Says Create New Like Its an Active Plug, But Then It Wont even let me do anything...
All the links on their website just take you back to the top of the home page so you can't actually find out any information about them. The only products on the website are 4 customisable watches and one of those doesn't work.
Since it has so many good reviews I decided to install it and see if I could find out more.
Customisation is minimal - upload your image and you can resize, revolve or reposition it. The resize handle also turns the image so it's very easy to end up with a crooked image. Images don't wrap - they are copied to each side of an item. There's only 1 view of each item.
There is no information about any of their products other than what's in the title.
Very small product range with most products unrelated to each other so not much cross-selling.
Only one shipping option with no tracking.
Looked at the reviews again and they have 20 5-star reviews in 13 days, most of them from stores who sell only 1 item from this app.
Edit: After an email from the developer I re-installed and had another look. The products do have a more detailed description and some have another image view, but you can't see any of it until after you've designed your product. Uninstalled again.
Where is font size and color font is too big for watch...
