Printy6 ‑ Print On Demand

I have had no complaints from my customers, though shipping seemed a bit slow. Quality is on the spot though. I just received a test pair of high top sneakers and they are perfect. App is easy enough to use and has a nice assortment of products. The design tool could use a few things like a create pattern and apply to all placements options. Over all 5 stars.

Do not use this provider unless you want terrible customer service, extraordinarily long waits for production and shipping, negative feedback from your customers that damages your reputation. Using Printy6 is basically a death-wish for your brand (and patience).

23 days and order has still not shipped. Every time I query I get a response DAYS LATER that is copied and pasted, it does not help and here I am in 4th week with an angry customer and no end in sight.

This is a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM.

This POD has THE WORST customer service experience. They sent me the wrong order, I informed them of the issue. Ashley apologized and said that she will send me a new order. After that exchange, they went silent for weeks. I couldn't give my customer an update on the order. I had to issue a refund to my customer. I sent numerous emails to Printy6, asking for an update and informing them that I had to issue a refund to my customer. They were unresponsive. It wasn't until I got Shopify involved that Ashley finally replied. They sent me the replacement order, however its a customized order I can't do anything with it. The customer that placed the order is no longer interested in getting the product because it took too long (August 28 -October 22nd). I asked Ashley for a refund, she completely ignored that request. Terrible service.

Product (A clock) arrived damaged. Printy6 (Snaprinting) agreed to send a replacement back in June. The replacement has still not arrived. Worst of all is Printy6 has been continuously ignoring further requests for support. This is unacceptable! I am forced to refund the entire purchase price to my customer.

The app is the only app I have found to make custom sneakers. They have recently updated their platform so you can see both sides of the sneaker when designing them which is great. However, they got ride of the side pictures that originally got pushed out when you used to create sneakers. I wish they would bring back that image along with keeping all the extra images that get pushed out now with the new platform. The sneakers aren't always printed exactly right and I have received sneakers that were multiple sizes bigger than what I ordered. I think they have updated their size charts now to fix that issue if I am not mistaken. I have also had an order delivered but they sent out the sneakers with no name and street address but that is only one sneaker order out of the 20 or so orders for sneakers I have received thus far. I wish the sneakers were made in America especially since the Coronavirus is currently wreaking havoc across China and the Asia-Pacific region. I also wish the deliveries didn't take so long. On average it takes 3 weeks to receive a pair but sometimes it can take 4-5 weeks and that upsets people. Good concept but needs some tweaks and better more quality sneaker products. Also, BRING BACK THE HIGH TOPS when you bring out those additional designs I mentioned you should come out with. I like the products and the app, but I wish there was a clearer explanation on how payment and orderers are processes. I have gave up on many companies, including Printful, for not being fully honest about the quality of their products, their orders processing or their refund policy. However, my time is often wasted creating products that then need to be deleted. So I am not sure Printy6 is better, but so far it does offer more quality and simplicity, which is good.

I will give 5 stars because customer service was good shipping was pretty good but quality wise not all that great but there will always be room for improvement. For a product made in China I would expect better quality because its cheaper to manufacture hence dedicating more money towards better materials. In places where it should be stitched you guys glue it. Even down to the stitching little small adjustments like that will go a long way. Please Up the quality, don't care for a price increase but bad quality can damage a brand and reputation and your sale goes down plus your reputation as well. The generator pic is totally different from the actual product. This review is based off a pair of shoes ordered.

As I mentioned in our previous review, we've had issues in the past with this app. But I appreciate how they worked with me on the last one even though it took quite some time. But it's progress. Hoping to be able to give 5 stars one day.
