Tshirt is good, Customer service and production time , shipping time are tooo bad. Company say 10-15 days.
i ordered one item its takes - production and shipping time takes 35-50 days.

I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated.
I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words.
I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform.
Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner.
Please do better.
UNABLE TO DELIVER NEW DRESSES
Ordered 5 dresses on Jan 22, 2023, at 02:54:11am, and the dresses were still in production on Mar 3, 2023, at 12:35 am. I will keep updating this review until the dresses are shipped.
Printy6 added new dress silhouettes to their catalog. And they advertise in writing a fulfillment time of 3 to 4 days. However, they are unable to fulfill dresses within this time frame. I placed an order for dresses on Aug 9th, and I didn't receive them until Sep 19th. It took a month to fulfill the order of only 3 outfits and about 2 weeks to deliver. When the outfit finally arrived, they were well-made and packaged in a presentable way. I placed a second order and requested information about the fulfilment time but I have been ignored.
This app WOULD be great. However, fulfillment and deliver are just entirely too long and the customers get extremely restless.
Zero response from support. Not even an email. Printy6 does not give the confidence needed to run a print-on-demand or drop-shipping business.

This is John from Printy6, we noticed that you have an order is in production about 14 days, and you sent us several emails but didn't get response from us, I have checked your order #98430 , we are so sorry for the order was delayed, we cannot produce this item for you, because of the mockup image is created so long time ago, we had a upgrade and a migration for the mockup images, during this migration, your Shopify store is inactive, caused the image lost, you need to re-submit the image to us.

Absolutely hopeless app. Tried contacting the support 5 times and no response. No proper guidance on image sizing to be used. The customer support is non-existent. I am concerned that no one will ever respond when i have a customer order issue to be addressed.
Their shoe size chart is wrong! And no point in pointing this out to them - they don't listen. Ordered mens size 10UK but got Euro size 43 which is size 9uk mens. I showed them a pic of my Nike, where it shows the size 10uk is Euro45 and they told me Nike use different sizes!!!!!!!!!! OMG ??? I told them that it's like they're telling me that a 12-inch ruler in China is 11 inches... Absolute morons...........
Very bad this application. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
This application really for my concept is not recommended for anyone, since I made an order more than a month ago and it has not yet reached my client, I contacted support and they do not give me an answer on the status of my order.

I placed a sample order with multiple items on Feb. 07 2021. The order has been is Scheduling status and hasn't changed. I've sent support multiple emails because that's the only form of contact option given. Still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my order and once again there's no option to do so. I know from recent experience other print on demand companies are easy to contact and ordering, production and shipping process was simple. This company is being promoted by Shopify but is definitely not operating with integrity. Can someone assist me with this issue.
