2 of 3 phone case sample orders were printed wrong, no refund or resend from the company, decent customer service atleast they responded. At first I thought it was a mistake on my end but turns out it was their mistake, still no refund though

I have 45 orders that are still waiting to be created. Its been a little over a week already. I have made numerous attempts to contact the Support Team and havent got any answers from anyone. Customers are starting to complain that they havent gotten any updates on their orders. I have no choice but to start issuing refunds for all 45 orders if I dont get any answers soon. This has given my store a bad rep.

UPDATE
I did finial get a response email from John the Founder & CEO but only after this negative review. The order for which the chargeback was issued finally arrived today 01/02/20 a total of 32 days after it was purchased. It took 5 emails and the negative review to get any tracking information and a response to my inquires for correct tracking data. AS of yet I do not know whether the charge back will be dropped due to the length of time it took to get the product. I will update again with the final outcome.

DO NOT USE- They will not provide you with actually usable tracking numbers nor will they respond to request for them. I have a $175 charge back from an order because of this. I have reached out to them 3 times for 1 order with no response. This is just the latest in a long list of problems with this company. I have had customers complain about several orders through them about the printing coming off after just a few weeks, non delivery and shipping.

Our business is extremely dissatisfied with this provider. The very first order that was made and shipped to a customer had a mismatching color. Another review described it very well: "bleached" colors. Thats exactly what happened to the order. Two weeks went by, two emails were sent (the only method of communication) and there's no response at all. This app has damaged the respectability of the brand, cost us money and time. Wouldn't recommend.

Do NOT use Printy6!!!! I would give them -10 stars if I could!!! I ordered sweatpants as a mockup for my store in mid January.... I have not received them. I have sent numerous emails regarding where my item is. I even sent an email in mid February (when it said my order was being processed) to cancel my order because it had taken too long and my customers cannot wait that long for their products. They never replied, so I sent another one and again, they never replied.

Here's a timeline of it all:
January 15-placed 1 item order
January 26- asked for information on my order (like tracking)
January 27- they replied and asked me what the name of my store was
January 27- I replied with the name of my store
January 30- Follow up email
February 1-Once again asked
March 19- Asked again.
March 20- today. Found the tracking within the app and it has been sent out. Still have heard nothing.

The emails are delivering and I know they are receiving them because I am keeping them in the same chain as what they replied to. I will never use them again. I am shocked that they are still around and wonder how there are so many good reviews. I do not know if they have gotten worse in the past two months or what is going on. All I know is that it is by far the worst customer service ever and I will NEVER use them again.

This is John from Printy6, You can see the tracking number is LO847918340CN, Your order has been sent out at February 27, but the shipping company is not fully get back to work, We are so sorry for your order has been delayed, and we are taking your feedback seriously, Since our staff are all in Chinese New Year Holiday, the production was stopped at Jan 14th, so the production schedule was delayed by a week, and then the shipping company's schedule was delayed because the Corona-virus, We are so sorry for this happened.

I called the shipping company just now, they told me your order has arrived at Canada.

Horrible experience, its been 1 month now and haven't had any of my orders fulfilled. My customers ordered custom phone grips and have not received anything yet.

I have been waiting well over a month for my order to ship to the customer. I have contacted customer support at least 5 times with no update. Will be reporting the charge to Visa and PayPal and refunding my customer. Using Printy6 is a quick way to tarnish your reputation... I have dealt with many dropship companies and this one is a joke.

Be very careful. We ordered shoes on November 8th that we have never received for our shop. After more than 3 emails to Printy6 no one answered us, the tracking number does not work. So we lost $ 55 and we do not even know where our shoes are. Never go through this app, it's the worst, they are thieves!

Zero response from support. Not even an email. Printy6 does not give the confidence needed to run a print-on-demand or drop-shipping business.

This app WOULD be great. However, fulfillment and deliver are just entirely too long and the customers get extremely restless.
