I was looking for an app that would allow me to customize sneakers! Lo and behold not only did this app not disappoint, it also has home decor that I've been looking to add to my stores as well!! I'm very thrilled!!
The Products are great and I haven't had any returns due to quality. However there are many times that I pay for express shipping and they they ship normally. Customer service is slow to respond to refund request if they respond. I'm need a refund for shipping cost for at least 11 orders. They crazy thing is they recommend that you use a express due to slow normal shipping time frames and when you pay for it they don't use it.
So far it is not a good experience. They do have a great collection of products to choose from, I am currently questioning whether or not my customers though will ever see their orders. Says 3-5 days to print, I am currently on 3 weeks.
They say they're working on improvements, I will gladly change my rating and review if they do. Until then, I would caution against using them.

I would rate zero if I could.
At first my product was printed quickly, but then it got stuck to shipping. I waited 21 days before reaching for them, knowing the context of COVID-19.
I paid 27.99$ for my item and 11.99$ for my shipping.
Then, I reached for them to ask them the status of my order, and what I got as an answer is an absolute joke/scam :
"We cannot ship your order due to COVID-19 increased prices of shipping. You will need to pay an extra 18$ and then we'll be able to ship the order"
Which is BS, for many reasons:
- I paid my order already in total, and was never told that beforehand. I also already paid 11$ for EXPEDITED shipping in Canada, so I consider my shipping paid.
- It means that, if I wasn't diligent, my order would have never been sent and NOBODY would have reached out to tell me that?!?
Are we supposed to run after the companies we do business with? I don't think so. It is unacceptable. It was the company's responsibility to reach for me to tell me there was shipping increased cost. Not me having to discover that info, out of nowhere.
Now my order is sitting and nobody over at printy6 ever reached for me. What an unprofessional company. They care about volumes, not clients.
It smells like a big scam : 11$+ 18$ USD to ship a small box is ridiculous.
I want a refund for this order as the shipping costs were never presented this way, and I refuse to pay the extra 18$.

I use this App to design items for my store. I particularly like the clock as it will go great in my Watch/Clock collection. I would like to have one vendor for both items, except printy6 does not sell WATCHES, claim you do but can't locate them. I like the products here. I get clothing, boots, and phone grippers cheaper elsewhere. It's all about the benjamins.
Haven't gotten any products from them yet but I like what they have to offer and the integration. The design module could be a little more user friendly and that is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars
Easy to use and fun to combine art with products.
I absolutely love this app, so easy to use and products are second too none. I will update my reviews once orders are sorted and through and give a product review. But I will stress, if you looking for great mockups, great prices then go for it! don't pay for apps.
I've crated two products so far. Seems like the app works well, however I wish the products had customer reviews to make better decisions to put products in my store. I'll keep using it because they have a variety of products and the ease of use.
