I do not know if all products are the same (my issue was with the pop sockets) but I would say either way do not waste your time, especially if you care about your business and your customers. On my VERY FIRST order with Printy6, two weeks passed and there was no update of my order which I thought was odd. So I contacted them via chat, took them 5 days to respond, at which point they said your order has been updated, so now it shows processed and shipped. It doesn't do this automatically?! The package still hasn't arrived to my customer. So 3 negatives here...
1. Not a good app in terms of fulfillment (no auto fulfill, have to manually pay for your orders) no automatic tracking, and not a very intuitive platform.
2. Extremely slow customer service
3. Extremely slow shipping, even worse than aliexpress..

This site is highly suspicious. I added my credit card to order a pair of canvas shoes. It had an error and said I would need to call for assistance. The number they gave is a bank. I looked up that bank and the number is wrong! I think they are trying to get my info. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

BE AWARE - SCAM, SCAM Company.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I ordered Pair of shoes and paid Expedited Shipping. After my order seemed to be fulfilled they sent fake information to FedEx, Fake delivery time.
After waiting almost a month with Expedited Shipping... And contacting them more than 10 times,
They said - "we have checked this order, the tracking number has been replaced, the correct tracking number will be available tomorrow, so sorry the the inconvenience".

Of course, next day - nobody got in touch with me.
I checked with FedEx directly - they have NEVER received any packages from them - SCAM !!

This is company is pure SCAM, STAY AWAY, They located in China,with poor customer service. They don't speak English. I used to talk with them on Chinese to force them answer my emails.

Don't fall to any good reviews they have - is ALL FAKE, generated by their stuff.

I have long experience with Shopify, I am filling a COMPLAIN to take them out of market. This place not for SCAMMERS.

Terrible place to get stuff fulfilled through. Takes a month for anything to get even shipped. Never coming back.

PRODUCTS SHIP FROM CHINA SO ORDERS TAKE OVER A MONTH TO FULLFILL!

Just received first order. Took two months. Tough to run a business with a two month turn around. Shoes were only printed on one side. Waiting for response from company for replacement. Image was supposed to be on both sides. The printed side was well done but I need the work complete and timely.

Placed two orders with this POD vendor, to test quality of the product. Chose expedited shipping (much extra) on both and after placing the order, both of them showed I only got basic shipping. I reached out to support and after a single response saying "let me take a look for you", nothing else after numerous emails and days passed. I won't be using this vendor anymore and recommend saying away from them. Printful is waaaaay better!

If I could give negative stars I would.
UPDATE: the test order was delivered BUT they sent the wrong size!!! I've sent ANOTHER message to "support" and have got nothing. I'm now deleting them, they're not good for business and I really don't think they should be allowed on Shopify. Sure, the app is really easy to use and they have some good products but if they can't provide support and send wrong products then why should they be supported by Shopify or anyone for that matter. I'm extremely disappointed!!

UPDATE:Yes, the app is easy to use, however, I've sent several emails to their "support" and have got nothing in return so they're losing stars. I did a test order, thank god, they've taken my money but have not/will not respond to my emails or contact. Have they not read their own FAQ's? They say to contact their "support"....well where is it? I'll keep waiting, but they're losing stars the longer I wait.

I've use this app to create canvas shoes, it's very easy to install and use. I haven't ordered anything yet so I give it 5* for now.

The reviews below must be paid reviews because my experience with this POD is absolutely the worst. I ordered a pillow on Aug 3rd it is still in China ( I know with COVID everything is taking longer)with absolutely no help from the company yet the leggings I ordered on Aug 7th are already sitting in my living room. The pillow actually cost me a very good client and lost me money. Now let's talk about the leggings. I order 3 pairs of the Capri leggings and they are not what the picture shows at all. There is a small pocket on the side with a black strip and on the back behind the knees, it is black. The waistband is also black and the mockup shows the graphic as an all-over print. The leggings are incredibly thin and cheap. I have lost money with the company buyer beware.

Has anyone had an issue with delivery and production time? I ordered a sample created on 2/2/2019 and its 2/24/2019. Order status is still IN Production for over two weeks now. I waiting on a reply from Printy
