This app has code that interferes with Amazon Pay. It has been the cause of checkout issues that have plagued my site for months. This app has most likely cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales.

From the Shopify support gurus:

I had your ticket escalated up to see what the issue was with the Amazon Pay and checkout button not working. Looks like its the Zotabox Social Sharing Buttons app. The app includes a javascript file named widgets.js while Amazon Pay also has a file named widgets.js.

Since both files are named the same, it causes issues when trying to run it.

I recommend completely uninstalling the Social Sharing app and make sure any relevant app code is removed from the theme files.

Couldn't configure my set up, just infinitely says "Saving..." continuously tried to refresh the page and try it again but nothing changed. Installed on 3/24/19

i had this app for awhile but im sorry but this app did not help my store it did not get me sales the only this it did is share my items so it is not true that you will get visitors this app is more click bait

There are so many other choices. The person responded after 12 hours on messenger. Then he was rude (and unclear). Then he writes, "I'm the co-founder. Don't use our app if you're using the free one."

Well, ok then.

Two things: 1) "follow facebook" doesn't work on mobile. 2) . These icons take up a lot of real estate on the mobile app.

Too buggy. You can't rely on it. Things you set up show up some of the time but other times not at all. Try it, sure, but be warned that it's likely it won't be worth the wasted time in set up.

Inability to allow website users to follow us on mobile (only share) honestly makes this otherwise nice app worthless. Too bad.

Tried the app twice. Could not get it to work. The preview was beautiful, but the icons never appeared on my page.

Hi, Shopify recently updated their API. Can you please uninstall, then re-install our app. That should fix the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience. Let us know if that fixes your issue.
