The app is great, however I want the Facebook widget to work right inside the app pane instead of opening in a new window.
Also, i want to customize the widget more, i want to make the widget size bigger on mobile, the distance from the bottom increases to 150.
Because there are channels that only work on mobile but not on desktop (eg: Phone, SMS...), so I want each channel to have the option to watch on mobile or desktop or both.

Llevamos algunas semanas usándola, hasta el momento va muy bien, personalizable dentro de lo posible dentro de lo esperado. :3
LA personalización del tema no deja traducir el mensaje de "Chat with us" ni el que sale automáticamente al pulsar en "Chat with us" : "Hi there

Would be good to be able to choose language
It si wonderful to be free, and it is easy to locate within the website
ottimo per whatsapp. Un po meno chiaro l'utilizzo con altre piattaforme come facebook e linkedin. Forse un po più di documetazione im merito aiuterebbe.
Estoy intentado utilizar esta app para dar seguimiento a mis clientes via whatsapp y tiene varias opciones de personalización.
De momento parece que funciona bien. Muy fácil de configurar. La 5 estrella cuando corrijan que desaparezca el símbolo del chat cuando tienes deshabilitado el chat en ese horario.
