Fantastic app. Very easy to install, was able to brand in my company colours and we can't wait to grow our community on it. A refreshing and unique extra platform for your customers right there on your own website - wish I'd found it sooner! Elisha has been extremely helpful in assisting me with a few tweaks to fit our branding - if I could give it more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

The Social King support staff is among the best I have ever worked with! When I integrated the app into my website I needed some help formatting the color scheme and layout. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help make this app look AMAZING on my website. I had a lot of questions and requests for their team and they delivered on every...single...one. The service has been awesome to say the least and will continue to use their product. Their pricing is also very competitive compared to other options and their product integrates better than other options directing your page to another pre-programmed website. I can now host the entire forum from my webpage and not from someone else's pre-formatted sites that do not match my theming 100%.

This app is a fantastic app for anyone trying to make a community. Leaving it open for people to share their thoughts on products while discussing related topics to do with what your selling and a brand. The team behind the app was also willing to have any feedback. Was looking for a cheap forum option. This one advertises $.99/month, but when I went to install it wants to charge $19 per month? Might not be bad, but I didn't even bother installing the free trial.

Apologies for the Pricing Bug.
We're continuously adding new features, so we need to somewhat raise prices to cover the cost of development (believe me, we haven't come close to covering the cost of development).
As of March 2021, the price is currently at $4.99 monthly with a 15-day no commitment trial.
Relative to the competitors on Shopify, we charge at least $10 less than any other Guest Blogging App + We support more Shopper-Facing Languages.

The Italian language is not available. * hi, I wrote a review that I accidentally deleted, where I reported a problem, which is this: when I select the Italian language, the system selects the Spanish language, so I am unable to select the Italian language. I was told that they had found and fixed the problem and to check if everything is ok. I checked and the problem is still there, I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing, it doesn't work, please fix the problem
Updated Again just now. If it doesn't work we can troubleshoot via Screenshare tomorrow. Either way, happy to jump on a call tomorrow to hear more about the Shop and how the app can add value.
Wow. This app blends all the best features of Social Media, SEO & Social Proof into one tightly-knit package.
We're super excited about our new Social Network, and our shoppers are feeling very comfortable expressing themselves on the platform.
We also specifically like how the app encourages long-form content (which is much better for SEO), and the sitemap is available right out of the box even on the starter plan.
We've been searching for a long time for an app that will blend our Social Media and Content Strategy into one, and this app does a great job of enabling our Shoppers to share their thoughts on our product and brand.
The Content Moderation features are also crucial, in our opinion, because we need to be able to control any post, comment, images, or videos uploaded to the site.

The purpose of this app was good but this app was very buggy and only allowed customization on mobile phone. This app was too difficult for my customers to sign up

You're making some really good points here.
One thing you may have noticed about our app, is that we are trying to integrate directly with any given site's theme - meaning the Community Pages should have the exact same header and footer - out of the box - and all your existing plugins should also work directly on your Community Pages.
One of the challenges of that approach is that each site has totally different styling - both on desktop and mobile.
Hence, it may take an extra couple of days for our developers to review how the app looks on your specific theme, and then tweak anything that needs tweaking to make it fit your exact brand styling.
I understand your frustration - since you also took time to set the Header and Icon Images, and add Tags.
So, the ball's in your court.
If you'd like to re-install the app, and then just not link to it in your header, we can have our developer's customize the styling - at no extra cost - before launching the Network to your community.

The concept is pretty interesting. i install this and that was not so bad. However, I want to ask developer about bag, but there is no contact form or chat form , I can't contact to developer how can I contack??

2 Stars - Reason: Excellent concept. However, I don't believe it is quite ready yet. Unable to format text in an easy and intuitive way. Had a few members of my community immediately drop it and move on after I asked them to test it. Will watch this app, but as of right now it is not for me and my community.
