This will not add fb or ig and already says it has made 60 posts out of the free 100, to TikTok when I have had it for maybe 2-3 weeks. I have contacted support and they DO NOT EXIST! Pretty sure they will just try to get you to upgrade and rob you.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
I actually replied to your support email within a few hours on March 10th with instructions regarding the Meta connection issue. When the same Facebook account is used across multiple stores, Meta requires selecting all pages and Instagram accounts during the connection step so the connection remains active for both stores.
I'll send you another email shortly forwarding my previous reply with more details so we can resolve this together quickly.
Regarding the post count, the free plan includes 100 generated posts. If the number looks incorrect, I'll gladly check that for you as well.
