Just got my 30 day free trial - App has been super glitchy, not allowing customers to submit via website, does not allow for pics where we are tagged to be pulled into the hashtag. Reached out 4+ times and have not heard back. Will be deleting if things do not get better before my trial is over, and finding a better app for my needs.
Socialphotos team are beyond amazing. They are an absolute pleasure to work with, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with Socialphotos.
Many companies can learn a thing or two about great customer service from these guys. Socialphotos is absolutely fantastic. We tried other apps and none seamlessly integrated with Shopify like Socialphotos, which is critical for a great user experience. Socialphotos is like magic and we could not be happier.
In fact, we could not launch our store without it. I recommend this app and the people behind it as highly as any customer could ever recommend anyone.
Application has come a long way. We are very pleased with the customer support and new updates. The design is very clean, and allows adding instagram photos from our fans easily. Probably one of the best custom instagram feed applications available for shopify at the moment.
Researched many sites, and tested out several different apps. This is definitely the best I believe! There are many companies provide this kind of app out there, but charge a lot. However, finally I am glad to find Socialphotos provides the same function, but at an affordable cost, especially for small businesses! Got the Advanced plan for my site.
The app is easy to install and manage, and occasionally for some reason, I still reached out to Max for tech support. My questions were always solved quickly.
Riley was extremely helpful in assisting in making some customizations to my store. I tried a hand at it and realized i'm no developer. But Riley was able to jump in and tackle the issue in record time. A small issue was resolved right away by Riley. Thank you for the amazing service :)

Great app to bring your Instagram photos to you store. However, there seems to be a significant delay in some of the Instagram photos showing up on our site. I wish it refreshed the feed faster.
This has been a great tool to help our customers feel like they are a part of our community rather than just customers.
They can tag their photos and see them featured on our website. The app developers have been very responsive to any questions we've had too.
The app keeps getting better and better.
The app is very simple to setup and use. Great way to generate more interest in products and website. Max from support team has been more than helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional. Great app overall. Would highly recommend.
We get a lot of UGC so this app is great for us! Worth a try if you have a lot of social content. Would be great if the app automatically tagged events in our GA so we can see the increase in conversion rates for those who click Socialphotos images.
