This widget is very easy to use, especially it can provide live chat supports and answer questions efficiently. As an online store owner, my suggestion is that, even with the best widget, if it doesn't provide live assistance, We will always need to wait a few days for a response, which is completely useless for this fast shopping era. customers will always support real-time live assistance. please continue with the good work and come out with more useful features such as Abandoned Cart, live Visitor and more in the future. 5 star!

The app does what I need it to do - mainly to answer to Facebook comments on my ad. However, when it's about to make a follow up on the customer's response when I initially answered them, I find it difficult to make a follow thru. 1) My plan was to answer the customer's query on the comment section.
2) Customer will respond via Messenger
3) I will then capture the information customer will provide via his 2nd message. I find #3 difficult to implement. The reason I am giving this a 5 star is because this is a fairly new app and I wanted to give this app a chance, seeing that it can initially do what I want it to do - for free.
