So happy I found social snowball. Automates everything and makes payouts quick and simple. If your store is already doing volume this will instantly boost revenue. Creates a community for your customers and produces infinite brand awareness.
Great product, super easy to use and has stellar customer support/onboarding. Definitely would recommend it if you looking for enhancing your organic affiliate marketing. We're using it as a Give $10 get $10 customer-to-customer referral program as well as tracking influencers/creators for more traditional affiliate sales.
This app is going to be a game changer and I'm sure it already has been for a ton of stores. Giving your customers the ability to turn around and essentially be a part of your sales team all while earning a commission is genius. I've already made an extra $100 in sales. It's just bonus money on top of your sales. 100% recommended.

This is a good app. Helps with auto payouts compared to other apps where you have to manually do the payouts.. Support was really helpful to customize for us since we already had affiliates we were working with.
I've been using this app for a few months. The idea is brilliant but there are quite a few bugs to beware of. The support is pretty responsive but it takes them ages to iron out bugs as they pop up. When we launched our program the Klaviyo integration didn't work properly at all and it took 4 weeks for them to actually make it work. They have "creatives/emails" that you can send using their platform but the text is really gamie and you can't change it. I recently noticed they started sending automated emails to customers even though the settings were off. It's confusing for our customers as they get a Klaviyo email and then a crappy social snowball one too encouraging them to make an account in their platform -another thing that really should be store brand able. I mentioned it to support 3 weeks ago and thought they turned it off only to find it was still on. If your a small store that doesn't really need a product to have a strong branded experience this app can do the job. If you want to customise your messaging and touchpoints to be a smooth experience unfortunately this app needs more focus and dev support. Also support is based in Asia but works on California time so if your not there expect waiting the whole day for a response. I'm giving this a 3 as they do listen but the fact that customer facing bugs pop up and stay around for more than a week is painful as you're trying to build an e-commerce experience that rocks.
We are using it for a refer a friend campaign and it's a great app! + customer support is really great!
