We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. Social Snowball has been an incredible platform to use. Seamless to onboard, use, and scale our affiliates. Mals has been THE BEST communicator on the Social Snowball team and helps us on a daily basis if we need questions answered. She took a call at 1AM EST the other day, lol!
