Snowball: Affiliate Marketing

Great product, actively using this tool for my creator campaigns. Would suggest weekly / monthly webinars to promote actively working strategies and things like this.

A lot of sales will get tagged as an "affiliate referral" when it is not. I have facebook utms on a ton of orders that also got tagged for being from an affiliate.

We are very happy with Social Snowball! The app is easy to use, works seamlessly, and their support team is always responsive and helpful. Highly satisfied with both the platform and their service!

Honestly it was a good app until we got flooded with scammers abusing the system. We have been threatened multiple times that they will create fake trustpilot reviews and use bots to spam our socials. I reached out to social snowball on assistance and some guidance on how to deal with the scammers, unfortunately they weren't of any help. Very disappointed.

I don’t know where I would be without Tara! She saved my affiliate program which kinda saved my life. For weeks I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with the Payout feature and just couldn’t get it to work. Then Tara stepped in and set everything up properly so that all of the features work and she explained it all in the most thorough way possible. I really appreciate it!! Works well, does what its supposed to, but the funding options in Canada will cost you bank fees each time, and small startups will take a long time to have this pay for itself unless you are already generating significant sales per day or have a team dedicated to influencer hounding and/or are already gaining traction with content creators. I wouldn't suggest using this for new stores with modest budgets.

Great platform for Affiliate marketing with good segmenting, analytics and process to payment.

Support is second to none with ongoing learnings and optimisations. Shoutout to Mals for her continued support on the account and implementing clear structure and process as well as helping scale our business by 10x

Social Snowball has been an incredible platform to use. Seamless to onboard, use, and scale our affiliates. Mals has been THE BEST communicator on the Social Snowball team and helps us on a daily basis if we need questions answered. She took a call at 1AM EST the other day, lol!
