Mirna and the team are incredibly helpful with answering questions and making sure our company fully understands how to get the most out of Social Snowball. The system itself is straightforward, and they’re consistently rolling out new features.
Works well, does what its supposed to, but the funding options in Canada will cost you bank fees each time, and small startups will take a long time to have this pay for itself unless you are already generating significant sales per day or have a team dedicated to influencer hounding and/or are already gaining traction with content creators. I wouldn't suggest using this for new stores with ...
We had an issue. Social Snowball was proactive in resolving it - doing the right thing for the customer.

Very user friendly! Onboarding is a breeze and the Customer Service is amazing!
There is a payment wall to check the product. I checked it didn't like it.
Got a refund so that's all set.
Does it do the job, probably but still thinking it's way overpriced for what you get.
