I can't get ahold of anyone from this app. I've sent several messages to them no answer. I have not been able to access my app & get into my reviews for my site. Every time it states I have no access?? Can someone respond back to me!

The app has been working since yesterday. I have responded to all emails. Please send another one through the Shopify app admin screen if it is still not working for you.

Stopped updating a while ago, I have tried to stop the billing and I can not! I updated the theme to the latest one and now the review app does not work with it, I do not want to pay for this anymore and want it gone but there is physically no button to stop the billing.

I'm sorry you had trouble with the App. I'm always happy to help if you would have contacted me. To remove an app, go to the Apps link in your Shopify Admin > then click "App and Sales Channel Settings".

Rubbish. Does not let you test it as the manual testimonial feature is only available if you buy the Pro plan.

No reviews or anything showed up in my website, I made everything in the app but it did not connect to store. No publish button or anything.

After you create the review template in the app, there is an instructions button on the right side of the screen that will step you through the process of getting the reviews on your website.
