For the design, you can contact our support if you want more customization features or if you have a design requirement. We hear you and we will improve the application.

About the premium plan, the premium plan activates an unlimited pop-up display instead of 500 in the free plan, it allows you to have custom display trigger and a more accurate analytics view. Every premium features are visible in the free plan they are just disabled, it's why there is no trial period.

I understand you are disappointed about our premium plan and you didn't use it, so I will talk with Shopify to refund you if they already charge you.
