We’ve absolutely loved using this software! It’s incredibly easy to navigate and has been a tremendous help in meeting our needs. A major plus is that they charge a simple monthly fee instead of taking a percentage of sales, which is a huge benefit. Their team is also very knowledgeable and always ready to assist if needed. Highly recommend!

This app is very easy to setup and use. And they were very quick to respond to some questions we had about how exactly it works since our business process is a little bit different than a normal retail store!
I have been trying to get in touch with them via email for continuing to take a monthly fee even though I have opted out of their program per the email I got from them stating it wasnt a great fit because I barely used it. So why is NO ONE responding to my messages!!!!!!!!!!!!
We replied to all your emails explaining that we were unaware that Shopify automatically charged your store for our app after they froze (and then unfroze) your account.
Your store was frozen by Shopify (not us) for several months, and then they automatically billed you when they unfroze your store.
We refunded your charge when we learned that Shopify unfroze your store and charged you.
Please check your spam folder as it does not seem like our email responses are reaching you.
I would definitely recommend this App. If you are looking to simplify your live selling.
This ap makes selling on Facebook easy. I use to take hours after every sale and read through the comments to create invoices, now items go directly into the customers cart. My customers (mostly 55+) find it easy to use as well.

I switched from CS to SoldLive about 2 years ago and I am so happy I did! My customers felt "pushed" with CS but with SoldLive there isnt the excessive push to get them to shop. They already shopped my shopify website so comfortably. Plus they don't have to make an account, everything is linked through Shopify. I love the look of it when we go Live and still makes me feel "official." PLus the customer service is phenomenal! Can't recommend these guys enough

Really great app, Genius actually!
We've never done lives before so was trying to figure out how to do it and research lead us to this app. Which is the only app if you wanna do this as a Shopify seller as it invoices directly from Shopify seamlessly, we have automatic fulfillment set up for all our products and the orders that came through the app fulfilled automatically. We also have different variants per product and the customers received DM's on IG to select all the variants in our product sets and managed to check out without issues. I feel like I could start a live sale only business to make money with this app. Go for it!

Overall, my experience has been good. Easy for the customers, like the scanning the item option, and it shows up on the overlay. The main issue I continue to have is certain customers on certain live sales will comment the correct number, and never receive a facebook message to check out. The next live sale it will work for them, and not other customers. Trying to trouble shoot this problem with no solution, which has constituted in a loss of some sales. Hoping the problem gets fixed, because I do like the ease of this app.

To clarify, the checkout messages will work seamlessly if the instructions are followed. It doesn’t require technical expertise—just clear guidance on how to interact with the system.
We’ve noticed that some shoppers may not be following the outlined steps, such as clicking the correct button instead of typing options in a direct message. Providing this guidance to your shoppers is key to resolving these issues, and we’re happy to offer a final Zoom call to review instructions and address any questions you may have.
That said, continued misunderstandings and frustration indicate that our app may not be the best fit for your needs. While we are committed to supporting our users, we must also ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. If these challenges persist, we reserve the right to discontinue your access to the app to save both of us unnecessary frustration. Should you decide to part ways, we can assist with uninstalling the app from our side to make the process seamless.
Great product, simple and easy to use, but does not allow to sell on other business platforms besides your own.

SoldLive only works with Shopify stores, and lets you sell live on Facebook and Instagram.
