SoldLive: FB & IG Live Selling

Helpful support to get it exactly how I wanted it.
I find that it is a much better option than the email alerts apps because they mostly rely on either their own mailing service and then a lot of my alerts end up in my client's junk folder, or they require you to have your own mailchimp plan.
Here you pay for this simple messenger service, rather than paying more for multiple options. I love it.

I am very new to shopify and SoldLive. I used the overlay feature for the first time and my customers loved it. They loved seeing the number, because many like to shop without the volume on . It was very clean, crisp, and easy to read. I did not use the scanner feature but it was very easy to maneuver to the next item on my laptop.

I redownloaded this app a few days before my life and it worked effortlessly. I was happy to see my update suggestions were implemented. This was foreign to my customers but they caught on quickly.

Joe is extremely hands on and helpful with assisting you with any issues.

AHHHHHMAZING!!!!! SO EASY TO USE!!! I don't mean to scream, but I wanna. I was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true. I prepared a few items, added the tags and went LIVE! OMG OMG OMG!!! It works LIKE A CHARM. 10+ invoices issued RIGHT AFTER THE LIVE y'all!!! NO more spending a day and a half invoicing 60+ people with their bins full. And NO MORE putting items back for those who don't pay!!!! HELLOOOOOO They pay, I pack, I ship. That's all. I LOVE THIS APP. If you're considering the competition, give this one a shot. TOTALLY worth its weight in GOLD! Customers DO NOT have to "register" to buy. No leaving your live to come back. No fuss NO MUSS... and... the kicker... Almost EVERYONE shops the store prior to check out. OMG!!! Thank you JOE!!!!

Live show was AMAZING. My customers LOVED it and I'm feeling VERY confident that this is the right move for my business. I know we are still getting used to it and I have a lot of work to do with tags and making sure everything makes sense to everyone. I will say though, I have already received 13 messages over night telling me how awesome it was and how excited they are to get more used to it. ALSO- thank you to Joe for all of the one on one help. Best customer service imaginable.

I have been running my boutique on Facebook for the last 4 years and have been trying to figure out ways to make it an easier checkout process, as well as not having to spend 10 hours a day invoicing my customers. This App is like an employee that can invoice for me all day, and now I have time to concentrate on other aspects of my business. The company is really great to work with and is constantly looking for ways to improve and help our business.

A must for facebook lives! This app has been easy for me to set up and use and easy for my shoppers to use. The customer service is AMAZING!!! Joe has been on it! He's helped me set up and use the app, checked in with me along the way with continued support, even met with me virtually to answer any questions I had. Wish all customer service was this good!
