SoldLive: FB & IG Live Selling

So far so good! I have been working intimately with Joe (the CEO) and Joy (customer support) and both have been super helpful. Joy responds promptly with detailed answers, even screenshots when necessary! I am pleased with the ease of use of this platform and recommend it to you, as well!

This app has provided the ease my business needed. From auto populating tags, to the ease of customers commenting, and then being directed right to checkout has been great. I did have a learning curve when it came to adding products with multiple variations, but once I figured it out it has worked great.

This app has been a game changer for not only my customers but my time behind the scenes. It’s super user friendly and Joe is amazing at communicating and problem solving with any and all questions or concerns. If you sell live on social media, soldlive is a game changer!

We went with SoldLive because it was going to be easier for our customers to use without resigning up to another app. We had some glitches at the beginning that may have been operator error but Joe was so patient and worked with us on Facebook to help streamline the audio/video. We love to support new small companies.

I am happy with this app. I resisted the technology for a long time, but my live sales took too much time with invoicing. This app is simple to use and the staff is helpful, responding to questions quickly.

If I could give 10 Stars for this app I would. I've done a ton of coding in my store and this is one app that is absolutely perfect as is. I put this app through rigorous test to make sure it's perfect for my customers. Results.. passed with flying colors. What impressed me the most was that I did not have to code anything to change and of the text, the app gives you options to chose from to change how you want things to display. I could go on and on but all I can say is, try it you will not be sorry.

This app was super easy to set up (and I am not techy at all!). It works extremely well for live sales and customers receive invoices within seconds. The first few sales I had my laptop up to verify customers were receiving the messages, and everything worked flawlessly.

I love that customers can also claim and get an invoice right away from replays -- waking up to paid invoices is super cool! Reminders have also helped convert claims to sales, which is awesome!

My customers have had a really easy time using the system, and they pay invoices before the live is done or right after I hop off. This means when I finish my live sale I can instantly start shipping instead of having to take an hour to send invoices.

It would be really cool if there was a way to print a label for claiming to show during the live or if the claim info was visible on the screen when showing an item. Customers have struggled with typing everything exactly as needed in order to get the claim message (especially with 2 variants -- size and color). Customers will put a space or skip a space or type the size incorrectly. A visual cue would really help with this.

I would also LOVE LOVE LOVE it if this app worked within Facebook Groups for both live sales and comment claiming from photos.

As someone who was desperate to add CS to our lives, but with it not being available in Canada, this is 10000% a godsend of an app. I switched briefly to another app that seemed to offer “more for less” but I did not have the freedom of posting what I wanted like i do with this app and thus it was not a good fit at all. This really is the easiest, least cumbersome, straightforward, but super cool comment selling app I’ve seen or tried yet. I won’t be leaving again!
