My business has gone to another level in just a few days! My customers are raving about the layout and the ease of shopping. This is a true game-changing app that produces amazing results in such a short time. This is a cutting-edge product that is above the fold. Joe (the developer) is very patient and attentive to details, questions, or concerns that you may have. I am super excited to go live and use the sold live app. I have gained new as well as returning customers in a short period of time. This app has turned my invoicing process into a breeze. In the past I would hand invoice customers. SoldLive does all of the heavy lifting for me. My customers also love the app and its ease of ordering as well as having more control over their purchasing experience. Customer service, Joe, has been top notch. I would definitely recommend SoldLive for your live sales business.

I used this system for almost 18 months. The first 6 months went really well for the need of my store, collaborating with the developer, however, the service and quality has declined. Was offered to test new features and later those features were removed without notice and only being offered on a higher plan. Unfortunately in the last couple months, communication has been very poor and unprofessional at times. Many times questions or concerns were brought forward and were ignored on initial request.

I have been using SoldLive for about 18 months. There were glitches and hang ups with the system that I worked through with the developer. My frustrations with this app have occurred in the last 6 months. In exchange for positive reviews I was given access to new features such as sku claims being anywhere in the comments for my customers. We all loved the new features and became accustomed to them only for them to be taken away. When I sent a ticket to the help desk due to the sku claim feature not working I was told it was now only available on a higher priced plan. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch. At no time when new features have been rolled out in the monthly emails was it stated they were for a limited time or that they were not part of the plan I was enrolled in. I lost sales because I did not realize the feature had been taken away and customer claims were not being added to their carts. Very unprofessional to not state upfront that access was limited. I recently received another email on 4/17/23 for an upgraded feature (multiple automatic product postings per day) and asked if I would like it. I replied yes and immediately received a response and access. When I inquired if it was part of my plan or if access would be for a limited time my email went unanswered and is still unanswered to this day 12 days later. It is time for my business to move on to another platform that is a better fit.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with SoldLive. We always grandfather every customer on the pricing plan they signed up with.

However I can confirm that we offered you access to experimental beta features that we had to take away from you later. Some of those features turned out to be too expensive or problematic to offer to everyone, and we made the decision to only make them available on our Business or Scale plans when they came out of beta. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that caused you as a beta tester.

We learned a valuable lesson from working with you, which is to not offer beta features (ex simultaneous streaming to FB + IG) to our most loyal customers without explicitly stating that it may not be part of the plan you're on when the feature comes out of beta.

We no longer have any beta testing programs or support any customizations outside of our 3 standard plans because of this experience. Thank you for teaching us this lesson.

Regarding asking for reviews, we only ever asked for honest reviews on G2 or Getapp. We never incentivize for reviews on our Shopify app listing page.

Regarding your inquiry about multiple posts, we apologize for missing your email. That was around the time I was hired to take over customer support and your email may have fallen through the cracks. I respond to every email inquiry within 24-48 hours now.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app!!!! It was so easy to connect and begin using, and it has helped me increase my sales tremendously! I was looking for a way out of invoicing, and this was the perfect fix! Now I can obtain sales on my live shows, and well as my posted photos, easily! My customers love the app integration as well! Some of the great feedback includes.."I love how I don't have to register to begin shopping", "My cart was available right in my inbox, WOW!". Another plus is that there is in app assistance with very fast response. This app is a business changer!!

Live show was AMAZING. My customers LOVED it and I'm feeling VERY confident that this is the right move for my business. I know we are still getting used to it and I have a lot of work to do with tags and making sure everything makes sense to everyone. I will say though, I have already received 13 messages over night telling me how awesome it was and how excited they are to get more used to it. ALSO- thank you to Joe for all of the one on one help. Best customer service imaginable.

I loved this app when it was first presented to me, but quickly learned it wasn’t what was marketed to me. I felt used for information to make this like a larger app C.S. Developer was super helpful at first, but his attitude was condescending and we were told our problems and questions were too much to handle. I prefer to invoice manually now vs being put down like that.

Regarding your comment about feeling used for information, please know that we take our customers' privacy very seriously and only collect data that is necessary to improve our app's performance and user experience. We would never use your information in any way that is not explicitly stated in our privacy policy.

We would also like to address your previous interactions with our support team. We strive to provide excellent support to all of our customers, but we also need to ensure that we can manage the volume of requests we receive, especially during busy periods. We apologize if our response times did not meet your expectations. However, we needed to set appropriate boundaries to ensure that all of our customers are treated equally. For example, the founder does not respond to DM's from customers on his personal Facebook account.

I sell jewelry! The system is very simple. My customers love it! They have control of their cart. I am loving the invoicing system! Stress free. More time to organize and get ready for the next day. The album sale, customers can type the number and the cart generates. How simple is that. I am enjoying this system!!

This app is becoming a game changer for me. Along with Shopify the integration of this app is helping us add sales and cut down on invoicing manually. It is saving me HOURS of time. We use it for our daily product drops on Facebook and during our FBLive sales. It's so easy and Joe is amazing to work with. I'm telling you it is a GAME CHANGER!!!

Also wanted to give you an update on your request. You can now have your folks comment with the variant inside the comment itself now (ex "sold #101 large") so that they don't get distracted from your live sale to answer a question about the size they want. Either "sold #101" or "sold #101 large" now work :)
