Its not about Trax Shopify App but the whole process of TRAX team.

Not satisfied with Salesperson & delivery person. I have opened COD account & requested flyers, 3 days and I have not received my flyers, my 2 orders delayed because of this. support ask to send email to info@trax.pk and no response from them as well
