The whole process of the shot was smooth and easy to follow. The integration with Shopify made it easy to do the payment after checkout.

The platform is easy to use and navigate and includes reminders. I just completed my first shoot with Soona and am very pleased - friendly and responsive photographer you can collaborate with in real-time. We are happy with our photos.

Maddie with the Customer success team at soona was amazing! We would have cancelled all our shoots if it had not been for her assisting to ensure we understand the platform and went above and beyond for scheduling and followup.

This is how a company gets recurring business and learns when scaling. Maddie really cared and wants to take the bad initial experience we had and make it better for us and future customers.

She also let us know about other useful soona products that we will for using in the future.

Additionally, the photographer Jazmin was fantastic! She and our stylist went above and beyond to capture the look and feel of the brand to produce amazing content for every product and persona sceranio.

And, the models. I've never seen a happy baby for 2 hours let alone a happy baby taking photos. Thank you team at Soona MSP and support for making this shoot possible, This will help us launch our brand and get out in the world with professional quality images to reflect the high quality product.

Although chat and text are nice, I think it's still helpful to have a phone contact. Otherwise everything has worked out nice.

I used soona to help create content to launch our website and brand. Overall experience, photos, gifs, and timliness were all exceptional. Unless you have a full time content creator on staff I don't know why every brand isn't using soona!

I couldn't be more impressed with this service. I really wasn't sure what to expect going into this but I was sure blown away by the quality and breadth of the photos that they took. The process was super easy, they tell you were to send your product and then they schedule the shoot with you. Once it's time for your shoot, you can see them upload pictures in real time while chatting with them on their site to offer input into what you like and don't like.

I wholeheartedly recommend this service and in fact, I am sending them another product for another photo shoot. Thanks Soona peeps!

I'm updating this review as a Soona team member reached out and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We have now used Soona several times and have been happy with the quality of images they produce. It's an innovative service and we are happy they are doing more to streamline the process and improve working remotely.
